Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: • Pre-payment is required at the time of booking your appointment. We regret we are unable to hold appointments without payment. • No cancellations, changes or refunds will be granted within 48 hours of your appointment time. • If your appointment is missed, you will be charged the fee of the appointment. • As a courtesy for unavoidable delays, I will wait 10 minutes from the appointment start time; after that, the appointment is a missed appointment. • Also as a courtesy, missed appointments without a prior cancellation are converted to a solo Distant Reiki Treatment Sessions with Ravi Singh during your same booking time in which client participation is not necessary during this type of Remote Energetic Session, known as Distant Reiki.
